The Big Steal

A clean understanding of what constitutes an illegal vote is fundamental to a healthy democracy. If this understanding becomes murky in a democratic state, there follows an inevitable civic decay often ending in tyranny, civil war, or foreign conquest. The game is the selection of candidates and policies. The rulebooks are found in the constitution of the United States of America and the constitutions of the individual states. The winner of an election will go on to legislate for the citizens.

Breaking the rules while casting a ballot is voter fraud, and it is not uncommon in local and state races — especially in races involving socialist candidates or corrupt, entrenched politicians. With the COVID-19 pandemic as a cover, several states, pushed by the Democratic Party, moved to a mail-in ballot as a preferred means of voting. As a result, there were at least three counties that experienced extraordinarily high numbers of illegal ballots: Wayne (MI), Fulton (GA), and Philadelphia (PA). All three of these counties are controlled by the Democratic Party.

Pre-Election

Michigan
Before the primaries, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) sent out 7.7 million absentee voter applications to all registered voters by mail. Voter lists are fraught with errors, including voters who've moved, leading to double voting.

Pennsylvania
After new laws were passed about no-excuse mail-in voting, over a dozen counties in Pennsylvania had election directors or deputy directors resign. One Pennsylvania election official stated, “The general assembly, the courts, and the governor have created a [expletive] show of an election. Nobody truly understands what’s what. Nobody has a grasp.”

Georgia
In March 2020, the three largest Democrat entities in Georgia sued the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (D). Raffensperger quietly settled and changed the absentee ballot rejection laws. This is considered one of several “friendly” lawsuits which served to illegally change election code.

The law changed from needing one election official to reject an absentee ballot to needing three officials. Each official was required to sign the rejected ballot to justify it. This created an arduous process by which many fraudulent ballots were pushed through. The state legislature did not approve these changes.

Lie No. 1 – "There is no evidence of voter fraud."

Fraud (n.) – from Latin - fraus: Deceit; deception; trick; artifice by which the right or interest of another is injured; a stratagem intended to obtain some undue advantage; an attempt to gain or the obtaining of an advantage over another by imposition or immoral means, particularly deception in contracts, or bargain and sale, either by stating falsehoods, or suppressing truth.

– Webster's Dictionary (1828)

Legacy media companies suppress growing evidence of election fraud and "declare" Biden the winner of the U.S. Presidency. Social media companies are suppressing and censoring the following information:

Michigan
Nov. 11, 2020 – 102 affidavits were filed, the majority asserting the harassment of Republican poll watchers at the TCF Detroit counting center. According to Michigan state law, challenger harassment is a felony.

Nov. 17, 2020 – Wayne County (Detroit) Board of Canvassers Monica Palmer and Bill Hartmann were threatened and doxed for hesitating to certify the county’s votes when 70% of mail-in precincts were still out of balance with no explanation. Palmer and Hartmann agreed to certify on the condition of a full, independent audit. The Michigan Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, saw that agreement as non-binding. No audit was conducted.

Pennsylvania
Oct. 21, 2020 – USPS Subcontractor Jesse Morgan testified that he moved 144,000 - 288,000 completed ballots in his trailer from Bethpage, NY to Lancaster, PA. His trailer and the ballots then disappeared.

Nov. 5, 2020 – Erie, PA Postal worker Richard Hopkins asserts in a sworn affidavit that he overheard plans to backdate all ballots coming in after Nov. 3, the legal cut off date. Hopkins was then interrogated by federal investigators from the Post Inspector General’s Office whose coercive intimidation tactics were secretly recorded and later published. Several news agencies circulated that Hopkins recanted his sworn statement, a report Hopkins adamantly denies.

Georgia
Jul. 2019 – Georgia signed a $107 million contract with Dominion Voting Systems for 30,000 machines across the state. Texas has rejected Dominion for security reasons 3 times in 2013, 2019, and 2020.

Nov. 3, 2020 – At 10 p.m. poll workers, poll watchers, and media representatives were told to clear out of the Atlanta counting center, as counting had concluded for the night. When media and witnesses left, a few select election workers remained behind, pulled 4 “suitcases” (ballot boxes) from under a table, and resumed counting. These boxes contained approximately 24,000 ballots. State investigators appear to have deliberately withheld cctv footage of this event, later admitting that counting should not have continued.

Lie No. 2 – "The fraud that did take place is too minimal to sway the election outcome."‌

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

United States Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2‌

The Constitution of the United States of America grants state legislators authority to pass laws outlining the processes that count and protect the vote of the citizen. These laws may not be changed or ignored by any other branch of the government. Any votes cast which are rendered unconstitutional by lawless government officials are fraudulent votes. They exist outside the law and must not be added to the final count. When, in violation of state law, these votes are counted, the contract between the government and the citizen is broken.

As an example, it is common to codify a chain of custody for legitimate ballots, thereby protecting the election from a flood of fake ballots. This process has been carefully crafted. In Michigan, the laws that secure election integrity do so, in part, by guaranteeing free access of Independent, Libertarian, Republican, and Democratic poll watchers (M.C.L.A. §§ 168.765a; 168.730, 168.733). These laws were deliberately violated in Detroit, where Republican, Libertarian, and Independent poll watchers were harassed and ejected, thereby removing poll worker accountability. The naked hostility was recorded both on tape and in sworn affidavits.‌

An example from 1 of over 400 sworn affidavits describing observed suspicious behavior in swing states.

‌When, in the dead of night, a massive anomaly was seen in a spike of Biden votes, there was zero accountability to justify the legitimacy of that anomaly. Of the three swing states examined, when illegal votes were counted, Michigan’s final count gave Biden the widest lead...a significant 154,188 votes. Yet, if the laws were followed, the count in Wayne County would be rendered illegal and thrown out. This would result in a staggering 861,723 illegal votes, the majority of which (597,170) were Biden votes with Trump getting less than half as many (264,553). ‌

(Election results can be found here: Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania)

Counts from CNN & Associated Press news coverage on Nov. 3rd and 4th.

In such cases where election laws are flagrantly and deliberately disobeyed by partisan election workers, the votes those workers handled are illegitimate. When ballots which are illegal are counted and subsequently mixed with legal ballots, the entire pool of votes in that precinct or counting location are compromised. Unless those illegal votes can be identified and removed from the final count, the entire lot wherein the fraudulent votes reside must be quarantined. If the process of code enforcement is compromised by lawless election workers, then the entire count from the facilities should be summarily thrown out.‌

The illegal election results as they are.

The law states illegal votes are invalid, therefore:‌

The election results as they should be.

Lie No. 3 – "Dominion Voting Systems is trustworthy."

Dominion Voting Systems was founded in 2003 with headquarters in Toronto and Denver. Since its inception, Dominion has made a series of acquisitions. On May 20, 2010, Dominion acquired an election company called Premier (formerly Diebold) in an antitrust lawsuit involving competitor Election Systems and Software. On June 4, 2010, Dominion acquired Sequoia Voting Systems from a company called Smartmatic.

Smartmatic and Sequoia
‌On April 11, 2000, Smartmatic was founded in Palm Beach County, Florida. Smartmatic’s first significant contract was with Venezuela in the controversial 2004 election of communist dictator Hugo Chavez. In the case of Wood v. Raffensperger (2020), an affidavit was filed by an unknown individual who was in Venezuela at the time of Chavez’s election. The affidavit was redacted for safety reasons, as the individual is not a U.S. citizen and was part of Hugo Chavez’s national security detail.‌

Screenshot of the redacted Venezuelan affidavit in Wood v. Raffensperger (2020) filing.

Smartmatic expanded in 2005, buying Sequoia Voting Systems. The purchase of Sequoia ignited Congressional concern. Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney (D-NY) called for an investigation of Smartmatic by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Rather than comply with the investigation, Smartmatic opted to sell Sequoia to its American managers, appearing to divest all interests.

In 2008, Hart InterCivic, an election company, tried to buy Sequoia. Another antitrust lawsuit uncovered that Smartmatic was still heavily invested both financially and intellectually in Sequoia. Hart InterCivic later abandoned the transaction. In 2010, Dominion bought Sequoia.

In 2013, Dominion made a business proposal to the Colorado Secretary of State. The proposal contains employee profiles. The profile of Ronald Morales is of note. Morales managed Quality Assurance for Smartmatic in Venezuela during the 2004 elections. When Smartmatic acquired Sequoia, Morales managed “systems integration and certification.” Later, when Dominion acquired Sequoia and Premier, Morales was there to integrate both legacy systems. The proposal cites Morales’s most noticeable achievement as:

The design and implementation of fully redundant Dominion Democracy Suite EMS server infrastructure for the [2012-2013] elections in Mongolia...

Smartmatic and Dominion are, therefore, connected.

Antifa and Faulty Ballot Adjudication
‌Joe Oltmann is the founder of Faith, Education, and Commerce (FEC) United, and the CEO of PIN Business Network, a data-driven digital marketing platform. In an interview with Michelle Malkin, Oltmann discussed his attempts to root out the media slander he and his companies were enduring. Oltmann traced the harassment back to Antifa after infiltrating a Colorado Antifa cell. On the week of Sept. 20, Oltmann was in an Antifa meeting where a man referred to as “Eric, our Dominion guy,” was mentioned. “Eric” went on to assert, “Trump won’t win, we made [explitive]-ing sure of that.”

Oltmann alleged after some investigative work that “Eric” was Eric Coomer, the Director of Strategy and Security at Dominion Voting Systems. Eric Coomer is active in Antifa. On June 2, Coomer reposted the Antifa manifesto to President Trump on Facebook.

Oltmann alleged that Coomer “had his fingerprints everywhere,” which included owning patents. Eric Coomer’s name is on 12 patents, including those for ballot adjudication. When a ballot fails to be interpreted by the Dominion machines, the system sends the ballot for adjudication by an election official.

Forensic analysis of Antrim County (MI) voting machines revealed:

A staggering number of votes required adjudication. This was a 2020 issue not seen in previous election cycles still stored on the server. This is caused by intentional errors in the system. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency or audit trail. Our examination of the server logs indicates that this high error rate was incongruent with patterns from previous years. The statement attributing these issues to human error is not consistent with the forensic evaluation, which points more correctly to systemic machine and/or software errors. The systemic errors are intentionally designed to create errors in order to push a high volume of ballots to bulk adjudication.

Shortly after these discoveries, Coomer scrubbed his social media accounts and was removed from the Dominion website.

Chinese Investment
‌The Wall Street Journal reports that in 2018, Dominion Voting Systems was acquired by private equity firm Staple Street Capital. The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) shows that Staple Street filed two forms called a “Form D.” A Form D is an indicator of a large, upcoming transaction between a seller of securities and an investor willing to buy those securities.

Staple Street’s two Form D’s were filed with a company called UBS Securities, LLC. The first Form D was filed on Dec. 19, 2014, indicating that Staple Street was getting ready to sell $200 million worth of equity and pooled investment fund interests to UBS Securities.

On Oct. 8, 2020, Staple Street filed a second Form D detailing yet another sellout to UBS Securities. It listed a transaction of $400 million to UBS Securities, enough to close out its second investment fund. Staple Street has since gone dark. This begs the question: Who is UBS Securities, and why are they so interested in investing in Dominion?

UBS Securities, LLC is a subsidiary of UBS AG, a multinational investment bank headquartered in Switzerland. In 2008, UBS AG donated $534,166 to the Obama campaign. UBS also loaned and donated millions to the Clinton Foundation after Hillary Clinton, then U.S. Secretary of State, enabled UBS to avoid a 2009 IRS privacy lawsuit. In 2020, UBS again donated to the Clinton Foundation in the $500,000 – $1,000,000 bracket.

UBS Securities, LLC is based in New York, whereas UBS Securities Co. Ltd. is in Beijing. Outwardly, these appear to be two separate companies, but there is substantial overlap in staff.

On Dec. 4, NTD News footage showed a Bloomberg corporate profile of UBS Securities, LLC. There were four board members: Luo Qiang, Ye Xiang, Mu Lina, and Robert B. Karofsky. Qiang, Xiang, and Lina are all Chinese nationals that had served or were serving on the board of UBS Securities Co. Ltd. The very next day, Bloomberg changed the UBS Securities, LLC profile to not show Qiang, Xiang, or Lina. Just prior on Nov. 30, UBS Securities Co. Ltd. had an unprecedented overhaul of 11 out of 14 of its board members, including Ye Xiang. UBS Securities Co. Ltd. has its stocks split evenly between the Chinese Communist Party and UBS AG.

But UBS constitutes only half of Dominion’s dealings with Chinese banks. On Sept. 26, 2019, the U.S. Patent Office listed a transaction between Dominion and the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). Dominion allowed HSBC to hold 18 patents as collateral for a loan. Six of the 18 patents belonged to Eric Coomer.

While companies often leverage patents as collateral, China will own Dominion’s patents should the loan default. This transaction compromised voting technology with a nation that has no interest in democracy.

Summation
‌Dominion Voting Systems expanded by acquiring a company that was in bed with the Communist regime in Venezuela. Dominion’s Director of Strategy and Security, Eric Coomer, is allegedly an Antifa agitator whose ballot security patents were leveraged with a Chinese bank as collateral. Dominion was acquired by Staple Street Capital which has had high investment by UBS. UBS is heavily invested in the Democratic Party and the Chinese Communist Party.
