The Rain Shadow Report (RSR) is the brainchild of Jared Bower – the Senior Editor – and a publication supported by Steadfast Church, LLC. We are staffed by an ambitious group of reporters, writers, and artists.

The RSR is a news and culture periodical, specifically for those living in Yakima County. It is intended to protect the innocent and engage the moral imagination. We distribute our magazine to Yakima residents and businesses.

This publication, like all media, is purposefully biased.

Our bias is pro-Christian and anti-Marxist.
